Simply Trucking Co is a family-owned freight carrier based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We operate across the Western United States providing regional trucking, expedited delivery, liftgate and final mile services, and live load and unload operations.

Through the Quote Request Form

When you submit a quote request on our website we collect your first and last name, company name, phone number, email address, and whatever you choose to write in the message field. The message field includes placeholder text to guide you but you may write anything you choose. We collect and store only what you submit.


Through the Email Us to Apply Button

When a job applicant contacts our hiring team by email, we collect whatever information the applicant includes in their message such as their name, contact details, experience, and any attachments they choose to send.


Through the Contact Email Link

When a visitor emails us using the contact link in our website footer, we collect only what the visitor chooses to share in their message.


Automatically Collected Information

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which automatically collects technical data when you visit our site. This includes browser type, device type, pages visited, IP address, and referring website. Squarespace uses cookies for site functionality, analytics, and performance. By using our website you consent to the use of these cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.


3.  How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only to respond to quote requests and service inquiries, contact you regarding your submitted request within one business day, evaluate job applications received through our hiring inbox, improve our website and understand how visitors use it, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision making, profiling, or targeted advertising.


4.  How We Share Your Information

Simply Trucking Co does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances.

  • With Squarespace, our website hosting provider, for the purpose of operating and maintaining the website

  • With Google Workspace, our email provider, for the purpose of receiving and responding to messages

  • With government or legal authorities when required by law or court order


5.  How We Protect Your Information

  • All form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections

  • Access to our email inbox is protected by password and two-factor authentication

  • Only authorized Simply Trucking Co staff can access submitted information

  • We do not store sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers or financial data on our website


6.  How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Quote request submissions are retained for up to 12 months or until the request is resolved

  • Job applications received by email are retained for up to 12 months from the date received

  • General contact emails are retained for up to 24 months

After the applicable period, information is deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at info@simplytruckingco.com.


7.  Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. To make a request please contact us at info@simplytruckingco.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You may opt out of any email communication from us at any time by replying with the word Unsubscribe in the subject line.
